Mexican street food is all about bold flavors, vibrant ingredients, and a little bit of heat. We brought some of that energy to Gainesville.

From bustling markets to neighborhood taquerías, street food is deeply woven into everyday life in Mexico. Chiles, grilled vegetables, creamy sauces, and salty cheeses come together in combinations that are meant to be eaten hot, fresh, and without much fuss.

That's the spirit behind our Chihuahua.

We start with a hot dog and turn up the heat with chipotle mayo and cooked jalapeños, then layer on tomatoes, onions, and Cotija cheese.

Smoky. Spicy. Savory. A little messy.

Just the way a good street-food-inspired creation should be.
